How To Apply?

On 1st of June 2007, the Malaysian government issued a new rule that any company dealing with MM2H application on behalf of its client must be an approved and licensed Malaysian government MM2H agent. Hence, we are pleased to put on record that our company, Pro-Versatile Ventures (MM2H) Sdn Bhd, is an approved government agent for this MM2H programme. Our Licence Number is 'MM2H 0260'.

The initial application can be made without even coming to Malaysia. Once the “Conditional Approval Letter” is issued then the applicant will have to come to Malaysia to complete the remaining conditions.

Applications can be submitted while the applicant is in Malaysia or from overseas. If the submission is made before arrival, conditional approval will be given even before local medical insurance and the fixed deposits are placed.

Note:

·         Copy of previous passport is required if applicant or dependant has renewed passport within the last 12 months.

This "Personal Bond" will be duly prepared and completed by us and stamped at the Inland Revenue office.

Step 2

We will do continuous effective follow-up with the MM2H Processing Centre

  • 'Conditional Approval Letter' is issued to the approved applicant by the Immigration Unit, MM2H Centre.

Step 3

After the MM2H application is approved, a 'Conditional Approval Letter' is issued to the applicant. The Malaysian government will send this letter to us (the licensed agent). Then, the applicant has to come and make the first landing to Malaysia within 6 months from the date of the 'Conditional Approval Letter' and we will assist the applicant to do the following:

  • Open the required fixed deposit account in any bank in Malaysia.
  • Purchase medical insurance from any insurance company in Malaysia.
  • Obtain medical report from any private hospital or registered clinic in Malaysia.

Step 4

We will submit the following documents to the Immigration Unit, MM2H Centre:

  • Fixed Deposit Certificate
  • Medical Insurance policy
  • Medical Report

Step 5

We will bring the applicant to collect the 'Malaysia My Second Home' Visa

  • Social Visit Pass fee is RM90 per year, depend upon the validity of the passport (initially the maximum is 10 years and renewable). For example: If the passport is still valid for 4 years, so the pass fee is RM90 x 4 = RM360 to be paid at the Immigration counter when collecting the MM2H Visa.

(2) If the applicant is already retired but not receiving any pension, there is no need to submit ‘pension slip’.
